Volunteer programme: apply by 31 october

Would you like to volunteer at one of the world's biggest multi-sport events in the summer of 2025? Then apply to be a volunteer at the Rhine-Ruhr 2025 FISU World University Games by 31 October 2024.

Due to the new concept and the addition of Berlin as a venue to Bochum, Essen, Duisburg, Mülheim an der Ruhr and Hagen, the volunteer registration has been extended until 31 October. A total of 12,000 volunteers will ensure that the Rhine-Ruhr 2025 FISU World University Games from 16-27 July will be a fantastic sports festival for 8,500 athletes and officials from around 150 countries and fans.

Want to volunteer? These are the requirements!

What are the requirements? They are very simple. You must be at least 18 years old on 1 June 2025, speak fluent English or German and be available for at least four days of the event.
